How many guests can stay overnight at the ranch house? +

The ranch house comfortably accommodates up to 10 overnight guests, making it ideal for group stays, retreats, and intimate gatherings.

Do you offer property tours before booking? +

Yes, property tours are available by request. Please contact us using the email listed on our website to schedule a tour.

How do I check availability and make a booking? +

To check availability, please submit an inquiry through our website. Our team will review your request and respond promptly with availability, pricing, and next steps.

Do you require a deposit or security hold? +

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be due prior to your scheduled date.

Can I host a private event at Marquee Texas Ranch? +

Yes! Private events are available with the purchase of our Event Venue Package and can accommodate up to 300 guests. This option allows you to host celebrations, gatherings, or corporate events in a private ranch setting.

Do I have to use your preferred vendors? +

No. Our preferred vendor list is simply a curated collection of recommended vendors for your convenience. You are welcome to bring your own vendors, provided they meet our event guidelines.
For catering, in-house catering is provided exclusively by Tempura. If you choose to bring an outside caterer, a $1,000 catering buyout fee will apply.

What is the difference between a Ranch Day Experience, an Overnight Stay, and a Venue Rental? +

The Overnight Stay is ideal for small groups of up to 10 guests and includes a comfortable stay in the ranch house with access to select amenities. This option includes an overnight stay but is not intended for events.
The Ranch Day Experience is designed for larger daytime gatherings of up to 50 guests. It includes daytime access to the ranch land and house but does not include an overnight stay or formal event setup.
The Venue Rental is intended for hosted events of up to 300 guests and includes a formal event setup such as tables, chairs, and event accommodations. This option is best for weddings, celebrations, and large-scale events.

Are outdoor activities included in the packages? +

All packages include access to the basketball court, pickleball court, hot tub, and ranch land.
Additional experiences and activities are considered custom add-ons and are available at an additional cost. Pricing for all add-ons is listed on our website and must be booked separately.

What are the access, check-in, and check-out times? +

• Ranch Day Experience:
Access is from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (6 hours). Extended time is available for $250 per additional hour, subject to availability.
• Overnight Stay:
Check-in is from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and check-out follows the scheduled departure time. These times are fixed.
• Venue Rental:
Venue rentals include a 6-hour access window, scheduled based on your event needs. Additional hours may be added for $250 per hour.
